  Because of the many steps required for a prospective employer to secure an LMIA, they may not want to bother.
 This is where a fraudulent company acting as an unauthorized “ghost” firm may step in and offer a fake LMIA.
 Don’t be fooled! These LMIAs can’t get you into Canada, but they CAN get you into trouble!
 There are many forms of fraud to watch out for, from fake LMIAs to fake visas.
 This goes for suspiciously low rates as well.
